Creator operations / finite pilot

Keep the trust. Run one clear money-question pilot.

Pulse works behind the scenes with US personal-finance creators. We turn one repeated audience question into one original product and a finite 14-day operating window. You keep the teaching voice and the creator relationship.

For creators with roughly 10k–100k followers on Instagram, Facebook or YouTube. Fit, rights and terms are reviewed case by case. The conversation link is connected only after Diego approves the route.

The operating idea

Make the first test easy to understand.

One problem, one owner, one window and a written closeout. The point is to learn what deserves a next step before anyone builds a full course or open-ended operation.

You keep

The relationship

Your teaching voice, factual review, brand boundaries and the audience context that only you can provide.

Pulse runs

The operating layer

Offer shape, original assets, QA, launch prompts, response scripts and a short evidence memo.

Together

The decision

At close, the evidence points to stop, one bounded revision or a separately approved continuation.

How it works

A 14-day operating window.

The calendar depends on agreed inputs and approvals arriving on time. It is a shape for a small test, not a promise that demand exists.

1DefineQuestion, buyer boundary, claims and scope.
2BuildOne original worksheet, card or short product.
3ApproveCreator review, rights and readiness check.
4OpenBounded enrollment and a named support cap.
5ReviewClose, reconcile evidence and choose the next state.

Clear ownership

Each side has a small, visible job.

Your role

Bring expertise and approval.

  • Confirm the audience question.
  • Review financial-education wording and claims.
  • Provide the agreed inputs and creator content.
  • Answer the small number of questions that need your voice.

Pulse role

Run the operating layer.

  • Shape the offer and its boundaries.
  • Build the agreed original assets.
  • Prepare the launch calendar and reply bank.
  • Close with an evidence and next-decision memo.

Working terms

Simple on paper. Specific in the agreement.

These are working hypotheses for a defined B2B scope. They are not a quote, checkout, contract or partnership acceptance.

Setup hypothesis

Scope agreed in writing

Any setup scope or fee is negotiated for the exact finite 14-day operating window. It is separate from product receipts and does not imply willingness to pay.

No quote, price or payment route is created by this page.

  • Product receipts Working proposal: 60% Pulse / 40% creator on a written definition of net receipts.
  • Net and deductions Collected receipts, processor fees, refunds, chargebacks/disputes and every other agreed deduction must be named before launch. Taxes, reserves, fulfillment and support cannot be hidden or double-counted.
  • Rights and roles Name, content, voice, likeness, audience data, channels, territory, term, approval, removal and deletion are written before use.
  • Exit decision Objective acceptance criteria define whether the pilot stops, receives one bounded revision or continues under a new decision.

Economics boundary

Net is defined before the split.

The written agreement names the collector, attribution, processor fees, refunds, chargebacks or disputes, taxes, reserves, fulfillment and support. The 60/40 allocation applies only to that agreed net base.

No sales, buyer count, revenue, conversion, ROI or other outcome is promised by this page.

Process boundary

What Pulse can stand behind

If agreed inputs and approvals arrive on time, Pulse delivers the agreed launch pack and operating checklist. If a listed Pulse deliverable is missing at close, we complete it or extend the operating window up to seven calendar days at no added operator fee.

This process boundary does not guarantee sales, revenue, buyers, conversion, ROI, savings, debt reduction, investment performance or audience response.

Good fit

One question, one owner, one window.

You can name a repeated audience question, review the educational boundary and contribute the inputs needed for a small test.

We hold when the request needs guaranteed revenue, individualized financial advice, audience exports, credentials or a product built before the problem is clear.

Questions creators usually ask

Read the boundary before the promise.

Do I need to build a course?

No. The first test is one finite product such as a worksheet, decision card or short educational sequence.

Do you promise sales?

No. Pulse can stand behind agreed operating deliverables when inputs arrive on time. Demand and audience response remain unknown until real evidence exists.

Who owns the audience relationship?

You do. Pulse does not assume permission to use your name, content, voice, likeness, audience data or brand.

How does the partnership end?

Written terms define the acceptance window, one correction if agreed, refunds/disputes, removal/deletion and a stop or continue decision.
